We are looking for a high energy and motivated Marketing Assistant and Social Media Coordinator to manage our online presence and help elevate our brand. This role will be offered as a part-time role as an independent contractor, with the potential to evolve into a full-time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize the team's social media strategy and maintain the team's social media calendar for all social channels, (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and be responsible for crafting and engaging copy and content.
- Creatively and proactively engage with our audience online to drive favourable relationships and conversations.
- Plan, design, and coordinate branded content to increase brand awareness among all of our social media platforms.
- Tracking content analytics and identifying high performing content for future content development.
- Managing all print marketing materials on a bi-weekly / monthly basis.
- Additional duties as required and mutually agreed upon.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years professional work experience in marketing, social media, or a related field.
- Interest in / former knowledge of the Real Estate Industry is considered an asset.
- Experience managing, tracking, and analyzing social media content / content channels.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and deadlines and projects.
- Leading creative control and a taste for brand design and aesthetics.
- Providing occasional back-up to / assisting the client care manager with client-facing inquiries

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
