**Service Advisor**

UpAuto is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for our Service Department at our Stratford Subaru Dealership. You’re a problem-solver and amazing with customers A natural leader, you’re motivated by strong performance and eclipsing sales targets. Experience has shaped your professional character. You listen actively to confidently offer knowledge-based solutions and both suggested and scheduled service requirements for Subaru vehicles. You can multitask across computer and communications systems to provide quality vehicle service and repair on every customer visit. Your proven verbal and written communication skills, as well as your ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time enable you to consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will reinforce to our customers that the Stratford Subaru service experience is unlike any other, setting expectations of our commitment to a long-term relationship by delivering on promises each and every time.

**Required qualifications**:

- One year minimum in Automotive Service Advisor position
- Preferably, one (1) year Subaru product experience
- General dealership experience
- Valid Ontario driver's license

**Hours of work**:

- Hours of work to be scheduled within Stratford Subaru’s normal operating hours Monday to Friday with Saturday shift as demand warrants.
