Our Finance team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. As a Junior Finance Specialist, you will help maintain accurate accounting and reporting systems, supporting the organization’s overall efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare journal entries.
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Support monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
Enhance accounting systems and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:

Holder of a degree in a relevant field.
Experienced in using accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
Knowledgeable in basic accounting fundamentals.
Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (required)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
