As a Compliance Advisory Officer you will be successful protecting the business and your colleagues, so they can focus on doing their best for the firm, knowing you are helping them manage their risks.

The Compliance Advisory Officer ensures the firm’s regulatory, compliance and AML risks are managed, provides advice to lines of business and the banaks executives on all regulatory matters, and manages the branch's compliance reporting and regulatory liaison.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver ad-hoc advice on compliance and AML matters
- Provide support and assistance to the Canada Compliance Director
- Engage with the business and regional Compliance on special initiatives
- Become familiar with all aspects of Canadian Compliance, including Privacy
- Lead the management of compliance and regulatory reporting

**Your Promise to Us**:
To be considered for the Compliance Advisory Officer role, you must have:

- 5+ years experience in Compliance and Risk Management
- 4+ years experience in Compliance and AML in a Canadian financial institution
- A bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Law preferred
- CAMS accreditation is a bonus
- Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%

**Target Hiring Range: CAD $121,095.00 - $125,000.00**
