Pick Floor Supervisor

***What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of order pickers and stand-up forklift drivers on the warehouse pick floor
- Ensure all picking, staging, and other inventory related activities are completed **safely**, **accurately**, and **on time**:

- Monitor workflow and respond to issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly
- Communicate with dispatch, inventory, and operations teams to coordinate priorities
- Coach team members and help them grow - you're not just a supervisor, you're a leader

**What You Bring**:

- Previous experience supervising in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage setting
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse systems, safety protocols, and productivity targets
- Experience with stand-up forklift operations is a plus
- Solid people management and communication skills
- Ability to stay cool - literally - in a cold environment (PPE provided)

8:00 pm -6:30 am (4 x 10 hour shifts) Sunday - Wednesday
