**Job Description** Mission**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Assist the Project Management Team setup projects; drafting Scopes of Work, estimates, support project procurement
- Coordinate review of design progress submissions with Design team
- Review project management deliverables for final QA conformance
- Prepare change orders, contract amendments
- Schedule progress meetings, workshops, focus group with internal and external stakeholders
- Attend project meetings and document minutes of meetings
- Keep the Project Manager and the project team informed about project status and issues that may impact the client

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as part of a project management team supporting projects
- College dipoma or degree an asset
- Security clearance (level II) with the Federal Government a must
- PMP designation an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Combination of relevant experience and education will be considered
