**Responsibilities**:

- Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls, providing information and taking messages
- Greet people entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries
- Maintain lobby and reception area
- Keep a current record of staff members’ whereabouts and availability
- Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
- Maintain petty cash float
- Enter order information to system
- File and maintain records
- Receive payment and record receipts for any customer pick-ups

**Preferred qualifications & skills**
- 1-2 years previous Front Desk / front line Guest Service experience in a fast paced retailer operation.
- Additional languages a definite asset for career growth
- Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
- Cashier and computer experience a plus

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

- Night Shift (preferred)
