**A Day in the Life**
- Coordinate recruitment and staffing for site-based positions
- Attract and recruit top talent through resume review, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and assessments in partnership with hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and communicate results to applicants
- Compile and share weekly recruitment statistics and insights
- Support internal HR processes and contribute to recruitment strategy improvements
- Represent PTW at job fairs, networking events, and on social media to promote our employer brand

**Experience Requirements**
- Previous experience in a similar recruitment role within the **construction or industrial trades** sector
- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently

**Special Conditions of Employment**
- Must have experience as a **Trades Recruiter**
- Knowledge of the **Alberta market** is essential
- Knowledge of the **BC and Saskatchewan markets** is an asset

**Additional Information**
This is a **6-month temporary contract position** based in **Calgary, AB**.
