**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately identify and supply required parts to service technicians for repair and maintenance work.
- Maintain clear communication with the service department to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of parts.
- Check availability and order parts as needed through the dealership’s DMS (Dealer Management System) and Ford Motorcraft parts catalog.
- Receive and stock incoming parts shipments; ensure proper binning and labeling.
- Assist with warranty parts processing and core returns in compliance with Ford and Lincoln standards.
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels for commonly used service parts.
- Provide technical guidance on parts compatibility and substitutions when needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure back counter area is clean, organized, and compliant with dealership policies and OEM guidelines.
- Collaborate with front counter parts staff when necessary to ensure optimal parts flow and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or technical certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an automotive parts department, preferably with Ford or Lincoln.
- Familiarity with OEM parts systems and electronic cataloging tools (e.g., Ford Motorcraft, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components, especially Ford and Lincoln models.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry parts up to 50 lbs.
- Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Occasional climbing and use of ladders to access inventory.
