**Responsibilities**
- Bring leadership and operational knowledge to our high-performance body shop
- Assist in overseeing operations
- Support the Store Manager
- Build lasting customer connections
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment
- Lead and train teammates
- Develop management and leadership skills

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of Estimating experience
- Well-verses on the latest repair methods, technology and materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and efficient with superb people skills.
- Brilliant work references.

Pay: $75000 - $85000 / year
