**Position**:Body Shop Administrator **Position Type**:Full time **Location**:Surrey, BC **Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday **Hours of work**:8:00 am - 4:30 pm "If _you're the kind of person who likes to dot all your i's and cross all your t's_, then we need you" **What You're Passionate About**: If you enjoy being a superhero of high-quality customer service and championing the smooth sailing of operations, then the Body Shop Administrator role is for you **A Typical Day for the Body Shop Administrator**: - Redirect, answer and return phone calls during office hours - Maintain and book phone appointments for customer estimates - Create and send estimates to ICBC and collect necessary invoices for claims - Create, open and close completed work orders to process and close correctly for Accounts Payable - Assist with New Truck / Bus Sales warranty claims - Collect payments for all completed units **What You Bring**: - Great customer service both in person and over the phone - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once - Confidence using computer systems, writing reports and using scheduling tools - Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment - Previous experience with ICBC claims is an asset - High School Diploma - Valid Class 5 Drivers License **Why Choose First Truck Centre**: There is something special about working at First Truck Centre, and it's been recognized by Canada's Best Managed list for the past several years.
