**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately input data into databases and systems while ensuring data integrity.
- Perform data collection and file management tasks to maintain organized records.
- Utilize Excel and other software tools to create spreadsheets and reports.
- Assist with clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies and correct errors.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Enter in all sales orders, web orders, sales representatives orders, and EDI drop ship orders.
- Manage part support for a particular product
- Entering tracking numbers into internal system and via EDI daily
- Answering phones

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with EDI software such as SPS commerce or Commerce Hub

Pay: $36,302.47-$40,000.00 per year
