**Night Auditor**

Best Western Plus Sands is a small, fast-paced, and creative office with a lot of energy and passion for the work we do. We are looking for an experienced Night Auditor to join our team and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Night Auditor responsibilities include handling guest complaints, assisting with billing, preparing invoices, and other general clerical tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service role and good knowledge of office equipment.

Please note that this is an overnight position, weekend position. We are looking for someone who is reliable and able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 11pm-7am. We may be able to supplement this to full time with one front desk shift a week.

**Responsibilities**
**Manage incoming calls from customers, vendors, etc.**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservations, addresses, and credit information. Promote the Best Western Rewards Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely manner
- Provide staff training as needed
- Reconcile and complete all daily front office work.
- Balance cash and credit cards from different departments
- Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding billing procedures
- Run night audit procedures
- Check-in and check-out guests as needed
- Post charges as required
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts by collecting payments from customers and entering information accurately into the system
- Answer phones in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing etc.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have front desk experience.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Requires good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must possess basic computer skills and knowledge.
- Must be able to stand for multiple hours
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
