**What You’ll Do**:

- Engage with warm leads from existing clients, inbound calls, and online inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions
- Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care
- Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals
- Attend networking events and conduct light outbound follow-up with cold and x-date leads

**What You Bring**:

- Sales experience (inside/outside, retail, or customer service) preferred
- Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and active listening (Languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese would be an asset).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty (OTL/RIBO)
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-focused
