Edge Transportation Services Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a Customer Service Representative at their Winnipeg, MB location.

This position is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire freight for asset trucks on both Canadian and US fleets
- Solicit new customers and continue to build on existing relationships
- Quote, book, discuss rates, and load requirements with customers
- Track and trace loads as requested by customers, and deal with any potential issues arising from such
- Update customers on driver ETA
- Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve queries

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years experience in flat deck transportation industry in a sales associate or customer service role
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
