**About Us**

1Step 2Steps Childcare is a warm, inclusive, and play-based early childhood education center dedicated to nurturing young minds in a safe and supportive environment. We are looking for passionate **Infant Toddler Educators (ECE/IT)** to join our team and provide high-quality care for children under three years old.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers.
- Observe and document children’s progress and communicate with families.
- Follow BC Child Care Licensing regulations and center policies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Provide diapering, feeding, and other caregiving routines with sensitivity and care.

**Qualifications**
- **Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and Infant/Toddler (IT) Certification** from BC.
- **Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.**:

- **Clear Criminal Record Check.**:

- Experience working with infants and toddlers is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
