**Overview**

Our team is looking for an Experienced Early Childhood Educator specializing in Infants and Toddlers In this dynamic role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of our youngest learners. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping their social, emotional, and cognitive skills while collaborating with families to support each child's unique journey.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among children.
- Conduct regular assessments to track developmental milestones and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to share insights on child progress and strategies for at-home support.
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Integrate literacy education into daily activities to enhance language development.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.

**Basic qualifications**
- Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management.
- Background in special education or early intervention strategies is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other innovative teaching approaches is a plus.
- Knowledge of standardized testing practices related to early childhood education.
