**Position Summary**: Primary responsibilities are to support our Franchisees and our programs.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- French customer support phone line calls
- Support our subscription program payments
- Manage subscription cancellation requests
- Report and recommend solutions on customer service issues
- Log and correct mail return
- Provide back-up for direct debit processing
- Prepare weekly bank deposit

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary education preferred
- 1-3+ years of directly related experience
- Communications - verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
