**Your Responsibilities Would Include But Not Be Limited To**:

- Checking-in/Checking-out Patients
- Assisting patients in filling out forms as needed
- Handling calls efficiently and in a timely manner
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments
- Submitting and following up on Insurance Claims & Predeterminations for patients
- Responding to patient inquiries (via Phone, E-mail, Text or In-Person) & updating the system accordingly
- Maintaining the recall system and filling gaps in the schedule
- Collecting money for services rendered at time of appointment
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and referrals as noted by the providers at checkout

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a Dental Diploma
- 1-2 years experience in a dental office setting
- Experience using Abeldent Software is an asset
- Multi-Tasking
- Team Player

**Schedule**:

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:00am to 7:00pm_
- Tuesday 10:00am to 6:00pm_
- Some Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm_
- Some Fridays 8:00am to 1:00pm_
- Some Sunday shifts available_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajax, ON L1Z0A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
