We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and mechanical knowledge.

- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, such as CNC machines, bending and rolling machines, press brakes and other machinery
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and producing quality products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

- Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment, such as CNC machines or press brakes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
- Familiarity with machining techniques and tools
- Ability to use hand tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
