We have an OUTSTANDING opportunity in our **Oldcastle, ON**. location for a **Branch Associate**. This person is the smiling face that greets our customers both on the phone and at the front counter, Monday - Friday. No two days are alike - you’ll be working at the front counter, on the phones, in the warehouse and making local deliveries.

In this position, you will assist customers face-to-face and by phone, providing superior customer service with product inquiries. You’ll be entering orders, generating sales, up-selling, cross-selling, and identifying sales opportunities. You’ll also do warehouse work; picking customer orders, assisting with shipping and receiving, and inventory counts.

You are not an order taker, you’re an order MAKER - you are building relationships with our customers, introducing new products, mentioning value, and adding additional contacts within existing accounts that could lead to developing new accounts or to further assist them in other areas of their business (i.e.: multiple locations, departments, parent/sister companies, etc.).

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Driver's Licence (required)
