**Wolf Health & Safety Services** is a provider of On-Site & Clinic Medic services to industrial and non-industrial clients across Western Canada At this time we are currently hiring a **Shop Foreman **for our Leduc, AB shop

The main function of the Shop Foreman is to oversee, execute, and manage the day to day duties and tasks of our back shop/shop yard.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop/yard
- Ensuring back shop duties are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure fleet vehicles are in good working condition
- Cleaning vehicles, decaling vehicles, and mounting vehicles with MTC units
- Inspect vehicles as they return from the field
- Coordinating vehicles and equipment with external vendors for repairs and maintenance
- Coordinating with external vendors
- Managing all aspects of company fleet
- Maintain inventory for shop supplies, equipment, etc., as necessary for projects
- Tracking materials, tools, and equipment (use & location)
- Manual shop & yard duties
- Keeping up with shop & yard duties/tasks
- Ordering coveralls/uniforms
- Coordinating with operations on backshop/yard duties and responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned by senior leadership (all things Shop & Yard)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Able to lift and carry 50LBS+
- Strong knowledge of shop duties, tasks, and execution
- Strong knowledge of shop equipment and tools
- Strong Coordination abilities
- Strong Organization abilities
- Clean Driving Record
- Driver License - Class 5 (or equivalent)

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent, positive interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Functional knowledge and abilities with computer systems
- Coordination among Team Members
- Must be reliable, dependable, and capable of working in a fast paced, team environment
- Manual dexterity
- Prior Mechanical experience (an asset)
- Mechanic experience (an asset)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
