**What you’ll do**:
**Procurement activities**:

- Liaise with industry vendors
- Work with engineering to develop bid packages
- Coordinate bidding
- Prepare bid evaluations
- Issue POs
- Work with engineering to manage equipment package fabrication
- Coordinate inspections and expedite equipment deliveries

**Project controls activities**:

- Develop schedules in MS Project
- Perform weekly project engineering cost reports
- Assist PMs with coordinating resources, tracking efficiencies, and creating project status reports
- Track and report on project execution and deliverables
- Track and report on company utilization and resource forecasting

**Who you are**:

- **Must have 2+ years of conventional oil and gas project experience at a Western Canada based EPC**:

- **Must be currently living in Calgary or Grande Prairie**:

- **Must have MS Project experience**:

- Detailed oriented - able to find mistakes in their own and other’s work
- Takes pride in work - ensures their work is produced to the best of their ability
- Organized - able to work on multiple project deadlines simultaneously and be efficient with their time
- Effective communicator - both written and spoken
- Adaptable to fluctuating hours and workload, driven by project needs
