**Who we are looking for**:

- Strong work ethic focused on site production.
- Excellent team leader and communicator.
- Able to lead a productive (and fun) team environment while training apprentices.
- High emotional intelligence, concise verbal and written communication skills, effective questioning/listening skills.
- Proficient with the trade practices, methods, equipment, material and tools.
- Ability to uphold the Jenkins Construction standards of service, value and quality
- Motivated individuals with the drive to exceed client aspirations and goals.
- Desire to continually develop new skills and undertake personal training.
- Ability to analyze data and situations, break down work into key tasks and adapt to situations.

Note: You will report directly to company Project Managers and General Manager of Construction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 3+ years of experience in a Lead Construction position.
- 10+ years experience in the industry.
- In-depth knowledge of BCBC & WCB guidelines.
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate and report effectively.
- Planning, organizational, and time-management skills are imperative.

**Salary**: From $45.00 per hour
