Manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and Shipping Department. Provide sales and technical support to territory managers, dealers and their customers. Maintain inventory of current products and move aged inventory.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Deal with inquiries from outside parties (TM’s, warehouse managers, dealers, inside sales).
- Warehouse inventory accuracy; cycle counting.
- Manage inventory from other facilities/suppliers (enter orders to maintain sufficient inventory to meet demand).
- Enter transfer orders in the system.
- Print and issue picks for transfer orders.
- Keep track of production schedule and provide feedback to Inside Sales.
- Ensure product orders are being pulled and shipped.
- Expedite RUSH orders.
- Co-ordinate customer pick-ups.
- Call dealers and TM’s to confirm due dates and feed back to Logistics and Production.
- Schedule product set ups, manage set-up inventory and maintain spreadsheets.
- Shipping and receiving; loading and unloading equipment.
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers.
- Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity.
- Train or arrange for training of warehouse staff
- Conduct performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
- Ensure standards for safe working conditions are followed.
- Prepare and issue various reports.
- Meet goal of 100% on time delivery
- Other duties as deemed necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of secondary school or equivalent, considered an asset.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting to understand process and flow.
- Background in management.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment.
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with computer and all related programs
- Problem solving ability.
- Team player.
