In this entry level position you will take great satisfaction in repairing medical oxygen and sleep equipment for Careica Health, as well as other respiratory companies throughout Canada. In a typical day, you will: - Gain satisfaction by using your mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment - Use your skills in technology to input information and order parts using a variety of automated systems - Take pride in providing exemplary customer service to our valued clients over the phone and following-up with them on timelines - Take pride in organizing and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness of the warehouse On occasion, you will be required to provide coverage to your team by delivering equipment to our other offices. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE? - Completion of high school - Basic mechanical ability - Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record - Strong organization skills and tech savvy - Supply-chain management experience an asset - Able to maneuver up to 50 lbs. unassisted - An eagerness to embrace Careica Health's coveted culture and live our purpose and values each and every day Note: Careica Health has adopted a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees to protect the health and well-being of our employees and clients.
