**Required Shift Days and Timing**:

- The successful incumbent of this role will have flexibility to be available with a minimum of 1 weeks' notice based on the request of our associates or for an event planned for the site._

**Role Purpose**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Interpret in ASL and English between Deaf associates and managment for business task assisgnments and requirements of the role.
- Be comfortable working in a logistics environment
- Interpret training and onboarding modules and support as needed for company meetings, company events (occassionally off-site) and more to ensure our deaf associates receive the best experience.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Completion of Post-secondary education in College or University, **required**:

- Completion of formal education or program in interpreting studies, _preferred_
- No prior experience providing ASL interpretation, **required**:

- Fleuncy in American Sign Language and the English language, **required**
