**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Set up and operate press brake machines for bending and shaping metal sheets.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production schedules.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery, including CNC laser cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, and plasma cutting equipment.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in assembly tasks as required, ensuring all components fit together correctly.

**Skills**
- Proficient in operating press brake machines with a solid understanding of tooling and fabrication techniques.
- Experience with CNC programming and operation, including CNC laser cutting, CNC milling machines, and CNC lathes.
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
- Knowledge of electrical discharge machining processes is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for precise manufacturing outcomes.
- Experience with welding techniques is advantageous.
- Competence in using various hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes to ensure product standards are met.
