**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu guidelines.
- Assist in the planning of menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Provide support to other kitchen staff as required, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.

**Experience**
- Minimum **2 years of experience as a Head Chef** or in a similar leadership kitchen role
- Strong **English communication skills** (Mandarin is a plus)
- Able to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
