**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the BIM manager and project managers to define a BIM implementation plan
- Produce drawings, construction documents, technical documents, sketches, etc.
- Coordinate construction documents and models from various disciplines (structure, mechanical, electrical...) and combine digital models to ensure an accurate representation of the project
- Participate in technical design and production, solve technical problems
- Assist and train other team members to support them in using REVIT
- Maintain models, perform audits and solve problems
- Create general parametric components applicable to the office to enhance our EVOQ library and project-specific components
- Perform advanced tasks in models such as exporting and importing data from a model
- Ensure quality control of models

**Your Profile**:

- College diploma (DEC) in architectural technology or environmental design
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM coordination (or as a resource person)
- Mastery of Autodesk Revit software
- Knowledge of other BIM-related tools (such as ACC Docs and ACC Build) is an important asset
- Excellent knowledge of REVIT models from point clouds is an asset
- Understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques is an asset
- Good knowledge of construction phases, collaborative work, interdisciplinary coordination, and variations in Revit are assets
- Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset, as you will also be called upon to work with our Ontario office
