**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day financial transactions
- Manage accounts receivables and payables
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for
- Conduct account reconciliation and analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, or Sage for efficient record-keeping
- Prepare financial reports as needed for management review
- Assist with month-end closing processes and ensure all financial data is up to date
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Performing other related duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential
- Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
