FRENDEL Kitchens is a major cabinet manufacturer located in the Dixie/401 area of Mississauga, ON. Our customer base includes new builders and private homes in the Toronto GTA/Southern Ontario area.

We are in urgent need of another Customer Site Service Technician to join our team. As a Site Service tech, you are responsible for ensuring that all work orders are completed in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
- **Principal Responsibilities and Duties**:_
- Travel to construction sites and occupied homes to complete work order assignments for products installed by Frendel Kitchens.
- Complete all repairs as described on the work orders provided, in a timely and complete manner.
- Ensure all paperwork is detailed, and accurate and is signed off by the homeowner or site representative.
- Speak to homeowners and site representatives in a respectful, courteous and professional manner.
- Comply with all site requirements including sign in/out procedures, safety regulations, and maintaining professionalism.

**_Education, Experience and Skills required: _**
- A college diploma in a trade related field would be an asset.
- 3 + years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with woodworking tools needed to complete the repairs including a variety of saws.
- Able to accurately measure and level.
- Able to read both Imperial (fractions) and Metric measurements.
- Able to navigate, read, and understand construction documents.

**_Other Things you need to know:_**
- Applicants must have their own woodworking tools and equipment. An annual allowance is paid for wear & tear.
- We provide a van and phone for company use. A valid driver's licence with a good abstract is required.
- Service area includes most of Southern Ontario (Niagara Falls to Oshawa and north of Orillia).

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
