RWDI is seeking an individual to join the Model Shop team as an **Instrumentation Assistant**, to support preparing scale models for testing. This is a full-time position.

**The role includes but is not limited to the following**:

- Connecting instrumentation hoses to models and installing sensors according to information provided by model shop and/or coordinators
- Ensuring that all physical components of the study model are secured, labelled and verified
- Using TAP Verification Unit for all instrumented projects (training will be provided)
- Compiling project test folders for wind tunnel personnel
- Dexterity to produce finely detailed instrumenting of models and the construction of testing sensors
- The ability to be a self-starter, capable of working with minimum guidance
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Must be able to set own priorities, while working on several projects, and meet established deadlines
- High degree of initiative
- Good organization skills
- The ability to use various hand tools
