We have an opportunity for a full time **Guest Service Agent** who thrives working in a positive, friendly and team oriented environment. As the first point of contact with guests you will have a genuine interest in customer service, have a passion for Whistler, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

They have a friendly and outgoing personality and ensure our guests receive ultimate service experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the spa reception (Booking and Confirming Spa appointments, Performing cash out reconciliation
- Massage experience not necessary, but will be a valuable asset
- Opening and/or closing the Spa
- Coordinating with Hotel staff and management on a daily basis
- Creating and completing business reports
- Conclude and maintain inventory
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available

**Skills**
- Very detail oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and operate efficiently
- Outgoing, friendly and genuine disposition
- Professional and educated with oral and written communication
- Administrative and computer skills is an asset (knowledge of google drive, microsoft excel, and POS systems in general)

**Experience Required**
- Experience in either retail, hotel, spa, restaurant, or a customer service based business.

**Position Requirements**
- Full-time (mix of AM & PM shifts)
- Requires weekend work
- Contract term: minimum 3 months

**Compensation**
- $19 - 20 Per Hour

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
