We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Rep to join our team. This is approx a 3/4 time position, however it could turn into full time over the next few months. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to work under pressure, take initiative and be willing to learn in a busy environment. You will be responsible for helping clients, booking appointments, triaging cases (we'll train you in this) and you must work well within the team and have a positive attitude. A sense of humour is also helpful.

Common daily duties include, but are not limited to:

- Welcoming clients into the clinic and admitting patients
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Receiving, maintaining and transferring medical records

Our CSR’s play a vital role in building client relationships and keep our clinic running smoothly. We are open Monday through Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm. The successful applicant needs to be willing to work two Saturdays per month; we do promise two consecutive days off.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
