About the team:

This is a hybrid position. You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office, at least three days a week.

**About the team**:
We’re looking for someone who has a willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump into different projects while supporting the Marketing Operations team. A self-starter with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning, the Marketing Operations Co-op Student will be part of a fast-paced, global team, and will take on cross-functional tasks that support the team and the business.

**This is a full-time 12-month position, starting September 2025.**

**To be eligible for a Co-op or Intern position at Kinaxis, you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or, if you are a recent/upcoming graduate, your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.**

About the role:
**What you will do**:

- Source new contact details from various data platforms
- Manage a variety of contact refresh projects
- Identify and escalate any data issues within the marketing database
- Maintain database integrity by adhering to and enforcing standards and controls
- Support analytics projects when requested
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing program
- Be a self-starter who is passionate about learning and growing in their career

**Things that would definitely help**:

- Experience/interest in Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e. Eloqua) an asset
- Database platform familiarity ie. ZoomInfo and Salesforce
- Familiarity of marketing performance analytics or general performance analysis
- Familiarity of BI tools e.g. Power BI, Domo, Tableau considered
