Gatehouse Security Supervisor & Gatehouse Security Officer – Now Hiring

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Gatehouse Security Supervisors and Gatehouse Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing visitor access, and ensuring the safety and smooth functioning of a busy gatehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control site access for residents, guests, contractors, and deliveries
  • Maintain detailed records and visitor logs
  • Operate CCTV cameras and access control systems
  • Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate with property management and security personnel as required
  • Prepare written reports and communicate effectively with management

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of gatehouse security experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Familiarity with CCTV cameras and access control systems
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with strong customer service skills
