Waitress/waiter

We are looking for a reliable Server to perform tasks that ensure excellent working conditions in our restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for preparing tables, taking and serving orders, handling food and drinks from kitchen and bar stations and accepting payment at the end of the service. As a team player, you should expect to be working with a busy schedule, as the job may be part-time or full-time and may include weekends or holidays. You need to be familiar with food preparation in a restaurant setting and have excellent communication skills to provide accurate information to customers. Ideally, you will be a quick learner with prior experience in serving customers in restaurants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers politely as they enter the restaurant/bar.
- Determine the customers' seating and table preferences (e.g. indoor or outdoor, with windows etc.).
- Offer available options to customers (menus, beverages, side dishes etc.).
- Deliver food and beverage orders to the customers' tables.
- Ensure their orders are served correctly (e.g. with the proper utensils, temperature and amount of sauce).
- Checks that customers are enjoying their meals and if not, follow-up with the kitchen.
- Suggest additional beverage options to customers if needed.
- The quality of service is high so the restaurant/bar is always busy.
- Patrons love the place because of how well you treat them and how great the food is.

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per year
