Are you passionate about both marketing and data? Britnell is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing team If you enjoy using data to uncover insights that drive business decisions and love working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.In this role, you’ll help us track and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and product performance. You’ll also work closely with different teams across the company to ensure our strategies are backed by accurate, actionable data.

**What you’ll do**:

- Create and manage marketing reports to track campaign success, customer trends, and product performance.
- Provide insights that help improve our marketing strategies.
- Assist with data accuracy and segmentation for marketing and customer reports.
- Develop metrics to track projects across marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends.
- Collaborate with departments like operations, shipping, and finance to support data reporting needs.
- Contribute to our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media performance.
- Conduct research to refine and improve our marketing strategies.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with various data platforms.
- A team player who’s ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

**Salary**: $50,000 per year
- Guaranteed Pay increase after 1 year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
