- Analyze lead data and develop strategies to support turning leads into sales
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
- Review manufacturer programs and incentives and maintain above average CSI required for target
- Maintain customer database and follow up for customer retention

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in and internet sales position required
- Experience with CDK is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Trustworthy, reliable
- Must be able to type 50 words per minute or higher
