**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the pastry team in baking and preparing a wide range of pastries and desserts.
- Assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow in the pastry department.
- Work harmoniously with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment.
- Actively participate in recipe development, offering creative input and ideas for new pastry creations.
- Ensure that all pastry offerings meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a pastry chef role or equivalent culinary position.
- Culinary training or certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Passion for pastry arts and a willingness to explore new recipes and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
