**Job Description: Warehouse Operative (Tagging and Packing)**

**Position**: Warehouse Operative
**Location**: Warden and Steeles
**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No Weekends)
**Compensation**: Minimum Wage

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently tag and pack products according to established guidelines. This role requires a dedicated individual who can maintain a consistent focus on the task at hand throughout the workday. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining the quality of our products for our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently tag and pack products by company standards and procedures.
- Inspect products for quality, ensuring that they meet the required standards before packing.
- Organize and arrange products within the warehouse for easy access and retrieval.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of workplace safety.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain workflow consistency.
- Communicate any product quality concerns or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks and audits as required.
- Assist in other warehouse-related tasks as directed by the supervisor or management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus but not required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills to report issues and follow instructions.
- Adaptability and willingness to perform routine tasks consistently.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Regular exposure to warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
