Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.

Take and input customer orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.

Ensure food and drinks are served to customers according to restaurant standards.

Check in with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.

Handle payments, process cash/credit transactions, and provide change when necessary.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Uphold a positive, professional image and represent the restaurant with a high level of hospitality.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.

Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with the ability to make recommendations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and passion for customer service.

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods of time.

Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Smart Serve certification is an asset.

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
