**Job description**

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Prepare and serve drinks and food items consistently by adhering to all drink preparation standards.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and retail products.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Opening and closing duties include handling cash, dialing in espresso and drip coffee, and cash out.
- Experience as barista, knowledge of coffee and profiles.
- Food safe level 1. (optional)
- previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment. (optional)

The Measures Of Success:

- Contribution to daily sales goals.
- Individual objectives linked to the achievement of the cafe.
- Feedback from internal review after a probationary period of 3 months.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
