We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

**Duties**
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process, following safety protocols at all times.
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production lines for any issues or malfunctions, reporting them to supervisors as necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections of products and equipment to ensure compliance with quality control measures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform occasional deliveries of mattresses and beds as required (driver’s license is mandatory).
- Support with snow removal and general cleaning tasks as needed.
- Work in various roles within the factory based on demand.

**Experience**
- Familiarity with basic sewing/machinery operation is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed throughout the shift.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.80-$18.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
