**Job Summary**

**Section A - Responsibilities**
- Manage our BPS specific online channels to ensure effective brand story, voice, and development of content specific to online
- Determining the correct mix of digital channels for both always-on and campaign-specific programs.
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver creative, data-driven digital plans.
- Continually monitoring marketing effectiveness and identifying opportunities across a range of KPIs and developing regular reporting schedules.
- Driving website traffic which converts to sales pipeline.
- Leveraging content across all digital marketing channels including, web, social, and paid advertising.
- Analyzing program effectiveness and using the data to recommend content enhancements and optimize digital programs.
- Researching and evaluating new technology trends and identifying new optimization opportunities.
- Leads the assessment and implementation of marketing technology platforms required for the team to achieve their digital ambitions
- Works with cross-functional teams, including Communications, Business Development and others to develop omni-channel plans that drive growth

**Section B - Position Requirements**
- Typically has 3-5 years of professional digital marketing experience, specializing in management of online channels and in-house development of digital content and campaigns
- Healthcare industry experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience developing digital marketing plans and executing activities that achieve revenue goals
- Experience managing online channels and associated tools (websites, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, LinkedIn ads, etc.)
- Strong writing skills, including experience editing content with an eye towards improving SEO and impact
- People-savvy collaborator with the confidence to manage stakeholders
- Experience successfully managing projects in a complex, matrix organization
- Experience with Canva or other design software and proficiency to create some assets for online channels in house
- Attention to detail, solid organizational skills and proactive project management
- Marketing automation system experience

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

**Our Base Pay Range for this position**

$82,800 - $138,000
