We are looking to fill a permanent full-time position of Furniture Sales & Purchasing Coordinator for our head office located in Montreal.:
**Reporting to the Director of Sales North America, your role will include**:

- Establish special pricing for representatives and verify price variation.
- Perform order credits for showrooms in the as/400 system
- Manage transfer requests and follow-ups on out-of-stock merchandise
- Prepare and send all requests for quotes or follow-ups to representatives
- Coordinate the supply of furniture hardware suppliers
- Ensure compliance and adequacy of information received in relation to new products

**Job requirements**:

- DEC in administration
- Minimum of 3 years of similar experience
- Knowledge of sales and marketing is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate autonomy, initiative and dynamism
- Good analytical, planning, organizational and follow-up skills (very disciplined)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously
- Very good knowledge of technological tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and AS-400
- Good stress management
- Excellent oral and written bilingualism (French-English)
- With strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Who demonstrates good discipline and good organization
- Well organized.
- Who has a good ability to manage priorities independently
- Good action-reaction ability
