Production / Forklift Operator _- Day Shift_

Production / Forklift Operator _- Food Manufacturing_

Job position works with production line members. Ensuring production of safe food and in compliance with good manufacturing practices. Tasks are recipe
- based operations by mixing and packaging of dry food powder. Bottling, labeling and packing of products for delivery. Daily cleaning of work area and machines.

Forklift operation will be a daily task. Moving pallets throughout the facility efficiently and safely.
- Requires lifting 25kg/50lb bags
- Forklift operation
- Physical strength and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail for quality control
- Workstations requires wearing PPE mask, coverall, hairnet and gloves
- Proper hygiene is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Simple and repetitive task. Adaptable to change in order of day's activities.
- Soft Skills Required - Must have positive attitude and is self motivated.
- Communicates and listens well, gives timely feedback to team members.
- Hardworking and resilient
- Logical thinker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing & Utilities Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
