- Leading a process to ensure that current and future business requirements are comprehensively mapped.
- Leading the implementation of the transformation process working closely with the senior finance team
- Ensure that any proposed solutions fit for the needs of the finance function in terms of quality, functionality, and overall integrity.
- Represent the finance function as users of the system, processes, and solutions by providing clear expectations and acceptance criteria for the programme.
- Will be responsible for Solution Architecting and leading pre-sales efforts.
- Will be responsible for developing client specific solutioning and flawless delivery.
- Should bring in thought leadership and innovations as per client requirements, developing specific solutions, automations, and RPA.
- Will be also responsible for the project deliveries.
- Will have to act as a mentor to the team and ensure proactive employee engagement, grooming high performers and future leaders.
- Excellent communication skills and a dynamic personality to connect with the client Sr. Management.
- ACA Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA) or equivalent
- Understanding of best practice finance processes and system solutions
- Significant experience driving and delivering large finance Transformation programs including ERP implementation.
- Overall, must have at least 12-15 years of experience with specific Oracle Financial Cloud experience of 4-5 yearsis must.
- Experience of working with technical team for building extensions, reports, and integrations.
- Excellent domain skills on finance business processes (AP, AR, GL, FA, IC, CM, EXP, APPROVAL) is must
