Contributes to the identification of the right learning strategy and solutions to meet business objectives. - Proactively utilizes a wide range of HR data to identify themes/trends and recommend effective learning solutions to meet the business needs. - Contributes to or leads the creation and execution of specific learning programs to address specific business needs. - Implements recommendations on program execution and design from Senior Manager, Learning, Business leaders, HR Business Partners and COEs. - Collaborates with HR Services to ensure successful deployment of learning programs. Provides support for escalated cases from HR Services. - Builds internal and external networks to learn training industry trends and best practices.
